These Terms of Use govern your access to the Sacred Mask educational website (the "Service"), operated in Ukraine by the Sacred Mask Project ("we," "us" or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Educational information only
Sacred Mask publishes reviews, guides, comparisons and commentary about indigenous cultures, masks, drums and mythology. We do not sell artifacts, organize tours, offer mystical services or rituals. References to masks, drums, rituals or myths describe cultural mechanisms of third parties and do not represent a product, service or reward from Sacred Mask.
2. Age requirements
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf.
3. Acceptable use
You may use the Service only for personal, non-commercial, lawful purposes. You must not interfere with the Service, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, automate access in a way that burdens our systems, or copy or exploit our content except as permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Courts of Ukraine will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have where you live.
